    Cell Line Validation: Cell lines were karyotyped and validated for pluripotency by staining for alkaline phosphatase, pluripotency markers, expression of pluripotency markers by qPCR, and expression of trilineage differentiation by qPCR. See here for more details.

    2 mL vials of cryopreservediPS cells containing >2X106 cells are available to ship withing 2 weeks of order confirmation. iPS cell lines were derived from E12.5 XY, XX embryos, or both, depending on the CC strain.
